What I love most about my work is creating space for meaningful conversations, particularly those that bring about a deeper understanding of self. This comes from my own journey to better understand my strengths, my values, and the narratives that have influenced my choices. Through this process of discovery, I am more courageous with my clients in asking the hard questions and sharing what I see. In turn, this allows them to be more courageous in conversations with themselves and their teams, exploring unknown territory and finding new ways forward.

As I walk this path with clients, I am reminded that asking the right questions can be as important as finding the right answers. Curiosity cultivates a space that values growth and learning, engages strengths and builds deeper connections as people and organizations move toward their purpose. Observing this impact, I am inspired to continue my journey of discovery in support creating new possibilities with my clients.
